The Perforator’s Perforator
Branko Perforating
Branko Perforating is known as the “Perforator’s Perforator”. This is because we are happy to take on the perforating jobs that most other perforated metal suppliers may struggle with. When others say it can’t be done, we welcome the challenge!
Types of Difficult Perforations
Curved Patterns
This used to be one of the most difficult perforation patterns. However, with sophisticated geometry programs in our press’s computer, we can adjust hold spacing for smooth-edged curves or give you a conventional staggered edge.
Intermittent Blank Spaces
Does your part require blank spaces around or within the main perforated area? We can easily produce blank areas for mounting holes, identification plates, or other functional or decorative purposes.
Irregular Hole Spacings
Conventional perforating equipment is designed to produce holes with uniform spacing. However, at Branko Perforating, our computerized presses can vary the difference between holes throughout the part to meet your exact requirements.
Logos & Decorative Patterns
The aesthetic possibilities of perforating are limited only by your imagination at Branko Perforating! With our presses’ sophisticated computer controller, we can produce even the most intricate design with absolute precision.
Large Holes/Thick Materials
It takes a lot of tonnage to punch clean, large diameter holes in heavy gauges or hard alloys, but our sectional presses get the job done! They can even achieve 1-to-1 ratios of hole diameter to plate thickness in most heavy gauge materials.
Do any of the above sound like your needs? Have something else you need help with? We’d be happy to discuss your perforating needs and come up with a solution! Contact us today!
